TeamAMC principal Mike Almeido's vision of teamwork and camaraderie comes from his lifelong passion for athletics including his days as a collegiate basketball player at Cal State University Northridge. His untiring work ethic was passed down from his father Jim, who worked 6 days a week for 43 years driving a Big Blue Bus for the city of Santa Monica-but still found the time to coach Mike's athletic teams until he reached high school. Mike's 20 years of advertising experience has taught him that no one person is greater than the team, and that when you have the "right" team, great things can be accomplished. His commitment to this principle is proudly supported by the fact that his key players have a combined total of 30 years with the company.
In his free time (which there is little of), Mike enjoys spending time with his household harem of women. Lesa, his beautiful wife of 20 years, and daughters Kylie, Casey & Camryn. He is also an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan (don't be hatin'), and wishes he had more time for cycling, off road motorcycle riding and coaching soccer.

Eric Selvig has the distinction of being the senior member of our team and just celebrated his 11-year anniversary with the company. Quite an accomplishment for this mild-mannered creative genius from Fargo, North Dakota. Eric is a rare find in the advertising arena: a creative person who actually enjoys and appreciates working with account people (mostly because we make him do some of the account work). He is meticulous in his creative designs and a master of all mediums, whether it is television, print, outdoor, web design or collateral. Eric's ability to work under intense deadlines but yet continually deliver winning campaigns is a testament to his outstanding talents.
Eric's life away from TeamAMC focuses on his wife Monni and their beautiful children (Asia, Braylin & Cadin). In 2006, after becoming discontent with his weight, Eric set out to run a marathon. Sixty pounds later (or lighter we should say), Eric has completed a marathon and four 1/2 marathons. He is our long distance running maniac and you can find him running through the streets around the office at lunch.

The talented and experienced miss Virginia Fortner has the dubious distinction of overseeing our efforts in the southern part of the U.S. She spent 17 years managing the marketing department at St. Joseph Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Her responsibilities were incredibly wide-ranging including strategic planning, graphic design and standards, marketing plans and programs, public relations, media relations, communication crisis, print shop, special events, and open houses. In addition, she was also responsible for managing many of their product lines including the Mercy Heart Center and Hot Springs Village. She attended Arkansas State University for her undergraduate degree and received her MBA from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. The vast skill-set she possesses make her a perfect fit for daily life at TeamAMC.
Virginia made the tough decision to leave St. Joseph three years ago so that she could devote more time to her growing family. Husband Randy, son Adam (little Elvis we like to call him), and daughter Grace Anne (4 going on 13) are the benefactors of this good fortune (except when there's a tennis tournament). She loves her family, but she really LOVES her some competitive tennis - playing whenever she gets the opportunity. Her favorite movie is Beauty and the Beast because she can't remember the last time she saw an adult one.

This talented production artist joined TeamAMC almost three years ago after owning a nail salon with her family for 10 years. She was introduced to us by a client who at the time was having her nails done on a regular basis at Jenny's shop. Somewhere along the line, it was noted that she had been going to school for graphic design and art production. After a short freelance gig with us (all the time while still working forty plus hours a week at her salon), we fell in love with her. She has found her true calling and continues to amaze us with her ever-improving talents. Jenny is responsible for the majority of our website design and sales center design.
Jenny is a native of Vietnam and has shared many unbelievable stories with us growing up in a war torn country. She enjoys spending time with her family here in Las Vegas and also in California. Jenny affectionately refers to TeamAMC as her second family. Which we gladly accept. She is doing her best to adapt to our American food office lunches and is learning plenty of bad American habits from her new second family.

The newest member of our creative team hails from the great state of New Jersey. Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi...and now Mike Wachowski as he is more affectionately known around the office. Looking for an opportunity to grow his creative abilities, Michael has impressed all of us with his outgoing personality, Mr. Clean (as in the cleaner) resemblance, and old school work ethic. He is a fast learner and diligent professional. We're excited that this east coast product has decided to call the desert his home, and watching his professional talent grow every day is a pleasure for all of us.
Michael moved to Las Vegas a year and a half a go with his wife Kiko. She is a talented entertainment writer which keeps the two of them &out on the town& just about every week reviewing different shows, restaurants and clubs. If there is something new and exciting happening on the strip, there's a very good chance you'll run into the two of them. If you happen to run across Michael in a poker room around town, we'd suggest (much to his dismay) that you turn around and just walk away.

Chelsea Alberts has the exhausting task of keeping this team organized and our home turf in order. Whether it's scheduling media placement, tracking down unsigned insertion orders or trafficking client artwork, she is the one who helps us keep it all together. Extremely organized in everything she does, she is a true team player and a huge asset to all facets of our business. About the only thing we've found that she can't handle is an exacto blade. She's attempted to assist in preparing artwork for client presentations and has removed frightening chunks of her fingers. With that said, Chelsea is no longer allowed within five feet of sharp objects.
Chelsea is a Las Vegas native and graduated from Bonanza high school, and just finished with her Bachelor of Arts for Graphic Design & Photography degree at UNLV. She has been married to husband Abraham for 2.5 years and they have two children (not kids but dogs). They enjoy spending time with family and friends and are very involved in their church. Chelsea is also an accomplished photographer with many weddings and special events to her credits. She's been known to fill in for emergency photography situations and always comes through in the clutch.
